2. How cheap do you want to get? I can break it down to a coke can wrapped in used fishing line. Been there, done that. In all honesty, you can find some great deals at garage sales and such. It'll take some time to get what you want. Think of it like a treasure hunt, when you do find it, it makes it that more special....and for cheaper than you'd think. Just a tip.~good luck catchin'. 3. Back to the old days of fishing with a yo yo rig basic and works! AS stated yardsales will get you plenty of used cheap priced goodies!
4. clearence rack at walmart, gander mtn., dick's & bass pro... garage sales are good also, but for some reason, the stuff i have seen ain't worth the money being asked...
